For each article, various color photographs are available on the website: the images and photographs are reproduced as accurately as possible. Being manually produced items, there may be slight discrepancies from the photographs. The different settings of the monitors (screens) can also slightly alter the colors which may therefore be slightly dissimilar from the originals.<br \/>\nThe declared measurements are to be understood as approximate and the normal tolerances inherent in textile products must be considered (+\/- 3%).<br \/>\nAs a rule,\u00a0<strong>chenille curtains have a settling phase which involves growth in length<\/strong>, this should not be considered as a product defect, but normal behavior.<strong>\u00a0During the packing phase, the chenille curtain undergoes a pressure that does not alter the product. It may initially be squashed, but once hung it will return soft and fluffy as it was originally<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"payments\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>2 &#8211; Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The payment methods available for buyers who place an order from Italy are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PayPal<\/li>\n<li>Bank transfer<\/li>\n<li>Cash on delivery (+ \u20ac5.00)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More information in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tendeandmore.com\/en\/pagamenti\/\">Payments<\/a> section.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"delivery\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>3 &#8211; Delivery time<\/strong><br \/>\nOur items depart from the warehouse in Sutrio (UD) and travel with appropriate and suitable packaging via the courier\u00a0<strong>BRT Corriere Espresso<\/strong>, to be sent within the set times; generally within\u00a0<strong>10 work days<\/strong>\u00a0from the order confirmation date (<strong>15-20 days<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0<strong><em>custom-made<\/em><\/strong> curtains).<br \/>\nUpon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check it: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered. Any damage to the packaging and \/ or items or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately contested, by placing a\u00a0<strong>WRITTEN INSPECTION<\/strong>\u00a0on the proof of delivery of the courier. Once the courier&#8217;s document has been signed, the customer cannot raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.<br \/>\nAny problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the items received must be reported by e-mail to\u00a0<strong><em>info@tendeandmore.com<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0within\u00a0<strong>10 days<\/strong> of the delivery. In the event of repeated impossibility of delivery of the order due to unavailability of the Customer and subsequent failure to collect within <strong>5 work days<\/strong> of the stock at the courier&#8217;s warehouses, the order will be automatically canceled. All costs relating to transport, storage and return to the sender will be charged and retained in the refund.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"guarantee\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>4 &#8211; Prices and guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all the prices indicated are to be understood as &#8220;VAT included&#8221; and expressed in Euro (\u20ac). The validity of the prices indicated is always and only that indicated by the procedure at the time of placing the order.<br \/>\nProducts purchased through <strong><em>www.tendeandmore.com<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0are\u00a0protected by the manufacturer&#8217;s guarantee. This guarantee will apply exclusively to defects that have occurred despite the normal use of the product, that is, in compliance with its destination and with the provisions of any technical documentation. The guarantee will not be applicable in case of negligence, neglect in the use, handling and cleaning of the product. The guarantee is personal and will therefore only apply to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for dealers, resellers, etc.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"withdrawal\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>5 &#8211; Right to Withdrawal<\/strong><br \/>\nFor personalized or custom-made articles, the right of withdrawal will not be applied pursuant to article 55 paragraph 2 letter d) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, as\u00a0<strong>the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of the supply of custom made or clearly personalized goods<\/strong>.\u00a0The\u00a0<strong>variation in length of the chenille is not considered a cause of<\/strong>\u00a0withdrawal as it is not a production defect but\u00a0 it <strong>is a characteristic of the product<\/strong>. The fact that the chenille undergoes\u00a0<strong>a pressure that in any case does not alter the product<\/strong>, may initially be squashed, but once hung it will return originally soft and fluffy and is not considered a reason for withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"right\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>6 &#8211; Modalities for the right of withdrawal<\/strong><br \/>\nThe right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions: according to the law, the contribution for the shipping costs related to the return of the goods is charged to the customer. The item must be returned intact, in the same conditions as when it was received. The item must be returned packed in\u00a0<strong><em>the SAME PACKAGE<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0used for shipping to the customer. Other types of packaging will not be accepted. The company will refund the customer\u00a0<strong>within 7 work days<\/strong>\u00a0from the return and after checking the integrity of the product in the amount paid, at the customer&#8217;s choice of credit for the replacement or purchase of another item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the material must be intact in its packaging, packed and without any damage of any kind. Returns on cut material or damaged packaging are not accepted. The minimum unit for a return is one package.<br \/>\nTo exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email communication to\u00a0<strong><em>info@tendeandmore.com<\/em><\/strong>, confirmed by registered mail within 48 hours, to the following address: Sutrio (UD) &#8211; Viale Basilio Di Ronco.<br \/>\nWithin\u00a0<strong>thirty days<\/strong>\u00a0following the return of the goods, Arisol\u00a0<strong><em>Srl <\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 will proceed with the refund to the Customer.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"force\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>7 &#8211; Force Majeure<\/strong><br \/>\nIn any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, <strong><em>Arisol<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<strong><em>Srl<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 is not responsible for delay or non-delivery and reserves the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part, suspend or postpone its execution.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"privacy\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>8 &#8211; Privacy<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Customer expressly consents, in accordance with current legislation, to\u00a0<strong><em>Arisol Srl<\/em><\/strong>, in the headquarters of Sutrio (UD) &#8211; Viale Basilio Di Ronco &#8211; the collection, use, communication and \/ or dissemination, for the purposes and conditions of indicated below, of their personal data as provided in the compilation of all the online forms necessary to complete their purchases, including what may be indicated in the Return \/ Withdrawal form. For the aforementioned purpose, the Customer declares to know and allow the data provided by him to be entered into the\u00a0<strong><em>Customer Database<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and can be used for commercial, promotional and \/ or sales purposes as well as for statistics or for sending editorial material, by consultation, elaboration or comparison. The aforementioned data may also be communicated to other companies for the same purposes for which they were collected. The interested party may request confirmation of the existence of their personal data at the headquarters in Sutrio (UD) &#8211; Viale Basilio Di Ronco; know the origin, logic and purpose of the treatment; obtain updating, rectification and integration; request cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or block in case of illegal treatment; oppose their treatment for legitimate reasons or in the case of use of the data for sending advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct sales and interactive commercial communication.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"court\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>9 &#8211; Jurisdiction and Competent Court<\/strong><br \/>\nThis contract will be governed by Italian law.
